Job Description: Accounts Internship Programme

Position: Accounts Intern

Location: Morivali MIDC, Ambernath

Duration: 9 :30-6:00pm

Stipend: 5,000 - 10,000 INR per month

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Financial Data Entry**:

- Inputting financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Verifying the accuracy of data to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with general ledger entries.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain communication with vendors and clients.
- **Support in Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
- **Assist in Auditing**:

- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Coordinate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Participate in meetings to discuss financial performance and provide insights.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Stipend and Certificate:

- Stipend: The intern will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 INR based on performance and duration of the internship.
- Certificate: Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will be awarded a certificate acknowledging their contribution and the skills gained during the program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
