**Job Description - Accounts Intern**

**Position**: Accounts Intern
**Location**: Water kingdom
**Duration**: 1 Yrs
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Reports to**: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
- Support in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
- Help in preparing financial reports and MIS.
- Verify and process expense reimbursements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounts-related queries.
- Support auditors during internal/external audits.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing/completed B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/ERP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
