**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic website traffic.

2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to maximize search engine visibility.

3. Monitor and analyze website performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

4. Implement link building campaigns and collaborate with content creators to drive high-quality backlinks.

5. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn) to attract targeted audiences.

6. Monitor and engage with online communities, forums, and social media channels to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SEO and digital marketing to continuously improve our strategies.

8. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders on key metrics and KPIs.

9. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align SEO and digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

10. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.

11. Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal website rankings.

12. Collaborate with external agencies and service providers when necessary to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an SEO and Digital Marketing Executive, preferably with an agency and having exposure to international markets.

2. Solid understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and search engine algorithms.

3. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

4. Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and platforms.

5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

6. Strong communication and writing skills to create compelling and engaging content.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

8. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements.

9. Bachelor's degree and certifications in SEO and Digital Marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
