1. **Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

3. **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Plan and schedule regular posts, engage with the audience, and analyze social media performance.

4. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings. Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and implement strategies to increase website visibility.

5. **Paid Advertising**: Develop and manage online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

7. **Analytics and Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and other CRO techniques.

9. **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

10. **Budget Management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve desired results within allocated resources.

**Salary**: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
