**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:
Purchasing Components:

- Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure high-quality components for HPC, Servers, Workstations, Switches, and Storage solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance.

**Logistics and Supply Chain Management**:

- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management, including space utilization and inventory tracking.

**Transportation and Distribution**:

- Work closely with shipping partners to coordinate the transportation of goods.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce lead times and costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage all documentation related to transportation and customs.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and results oriented work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development.

**Qualifications we seek in you**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the IT hardware industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per month
