Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive, located in Gurugram. The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics and supply chain activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. The role includes implementing operational strategies, managing a team, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure high service standards.

  • Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office
