**Job Summary**: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating interest to drive sales. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a key role in promoting our offerings and expanding our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
- Introduce our products to potential customers, explaining their benefits and features.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Answer incoming calls from customers who are interested in our products/services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and respond to customer queries.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups and close deals.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge of our products/services and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs and concerns.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or cold calling.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Multilingual abilities for communicating with diverse customer bases.
- Working Environment: This is an office-based position with regular working hours
