Urgently requirement Billing Executive in a manufacturing company

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creating and issuing estimate & invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- 1 year of experience as a Billing executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good time-management skills
- Graduate Degree in any Stream

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
