- **Design Creation**:

- **Trend Analysis**:

- **Material & Gemstone Selection**:

- Collaborate with gemologists and suppliers to suggest appropriate gemstones and materials for the designs.
- Ensure compatibility between design aesthetics and practicality of materials.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with CAD designers and jewelers to translate manual sketches into 3D models or prototypes.
- Provide detailed instructions and notes on designs, including measurements and specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the final designs adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.
- Revise and refine sketches based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain a portfolio of designs and detailed records of design specifications and collections.
- Create presentation boards to showcase concepts and collections to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a jewelry manual designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing hand-drawn designs.
- Proficiency in freehand sketching and rendering techniques for jewelry.
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, gemstones, and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
