**Key Responsibilities**

Relationship Manager

**1. Partner Recruitment & Activation**
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process.

**2. Lead Conversion & Business Development**
- Convert quality leads
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners

**3. Product Knowledge & Training**
- Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes.

**4. Sales Process Adherence**
- Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and reporting.
- Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM).
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards.

**5. Continuous Learning & Development**
- Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management.
- Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 2+yrs of experience as RM in Mutual Fund or sales/BD in any relevant field

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
