Key Responsibilities

Relationship Manager

1. Partner Recruitment & Activation

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process.

2. Lead Conversion & Business Development

  • Convert quality leads

  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners

3. Product Knowledge & Training

  • Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes.

4. Sales Process Adherence

  • Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and reporting.

  • Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM).

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards.

5. Continuous Learning & Development

  • Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management.

  • Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2+yrs of experience as RM in Mutual Fund or sales/BD in any relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
