We are seeking a **dynamic and motivated Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is focused on **lead generation**, **customer engagement**, and **sales growth** for solar energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Engage with customers to explain solar solutions and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Report sales activities directly to the **sales department**of the company.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English**, **Hindi**,
- Strong **phone manners** and professional articulation.
- Ability to work under **stress and pressure**.
- Good **networking** and **interpersonal** skills.
- Highly **organized** and **detail-oriented**.
