Project: This is a mixed-use development that includes a store, shopping center, and offices.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the reporting function.
- Establishing and maintaining the schedule baselines and ensuring project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Delivering intelligence and updates on change management.
- Reporting to stakeholders, internal and external.
- Working closely with the client, sub-consultants and main contractors.
- Reviewing overall project status with the project management team and recommending corrective action where necessary.
- Providing risk management and reporting.
- Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner.
- Evaluating and reporting on all scheduling, cost, and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the project/PMO.
- Recognising and allocating best practices across the various project teams.
- Carrying out the duties of the designated project controls manager for the project.

About you

You will have a degree qualification in engineering (preferably civil). You have knowledge of planning and construction project controls principles and practices.

You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
