**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for home healthcare services (nursing, physiotherapy, and lab tests).
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the customer support and sales teams.
- Drive service-based sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling tailored healthcare packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies for different services.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to drive business growth.
- **Customer Support Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Ensure the team follows protocols for patient intake, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle escalated issues and coordinate with the clinical team for timely and effective resolution.
- Implement and manage the use of customer support platforms and tools for enhanced team efficiency.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer support agents and sales professionals, fostering a customer-first attitude.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, guidance, and motivation to ensure targets are achieved.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the team’s knowledge of services and sales techniques.
- Ensure team members stay updated on new healthcare offerings and policies.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**:

- Track and report sales performance, service delivery metrics, and customer satisfaction data to senior management.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to suggest improvements and new strategies.
- Take initiative in adjusting team workflows to address areas for improvement and optimize customer support processes.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Proactively engage with patients and families to ensure satisfaction and address any service issues.
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure patients’ needs are fully met.
- Encourage patient referrals and repeat business by ensuring excellent customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in sales or customer support in service-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, particularly in service sales, and experience managing a team in a customer service environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and take action to improve performance.
- Proficient in CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
