We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PEB Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our Pre-Engineered Building projects. As a PEB Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the construction activities related to Pre-Engineered Building projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to schedules.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports and records.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management regarding project updates.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on Pre-Engineered Building projects.
- Strong knowledge of PEB construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Good communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields is a plus.
