- Provision & Prepaid Working & Entry -Month End
- bank Reconciliation
- Import Payment Documentation & follow up with Bank.
- Capex Vendor Payment Working
- Local/Regular Vendor payment
- Advance Payment Entry & payment
- PP-PV Clear Advance (Payment Settlement with Booking).
- Common Vendor Transfer to HO.
- Custom duty payment and reconciliation
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Drawing Power Report
- Monthly
- Import booking Details & entry Transfer to HO.
- Advance Planning and Preparation SCH VI for audits. Creditors Listing, Prepaid Listing, Up to date physical documents and record keeping.
- Preparation for Cost Audits. Up to date physical documents and record keeping.
- Preparation of data for Tax audit, Internal audit, procurement audit, Logistic audit etc.
- Preparation of GST data and return filling.
- Good computer knowledge SAP/Excel
