**Job Title: Sales Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective customers and provide detailed product or service information.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings to drive conversions.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling or advisory sessions (in person, over phone, or via video) to explain benefits, pricing, and features.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure consistent pipeline movement and high conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, or open houses as needed.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer queries and objections.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or counselling roles, preferably in edtech, real estate, health, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer psychology and offer tailored recommendations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry/reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,385.55 - ₹50,000.00 per month
