**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the institution
- Ensure compliance with UGC, University, AICTE, and State Government regulations
- Lead curriculum planning, faculty development, and research initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence
- Supervise and evaluate teaching, research, and administrative performance
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders: faculty, students, alumni, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee student discipline, admissions, and examination processes
- Represent the institution at academic and professional forums

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Ph.D. in Management/Commerce or related discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in a college or university
- At least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role (e.g., Dean, HOD, Vice-Principal)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Thorough knowledge of NAAC accreditation processes and higher education governance

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Visionary leadership with a collaborative management style
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive academic innovation and industry partnerships
- Commitment to student-centric education and faculty development

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
