: Recovery Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Recovery Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the recovery process for outstanding debts owed to the company. You will be tasked with contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring that outstanding balances are recovered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Investigation**: Investigate and analyze debtor accounts to determine the best course of action for recovery. This may involve researching debtor backgrounds, assessing their financial situation, and identifying assets that can be used as collateral.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with debtors, including details of repayment agreements, payment schedules, and any other relevant information. Ensure that all documentation adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices, ensuring compliance at all times. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding debt recovery practices.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to debtors, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have regarding their outstanding debts. Build rapport with debtors to facilitate the resolution of delinquent accounts.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on the status of outstanding debts, recovery efforts, and key performance metrics. Present findings to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and customer service teams, to coordinate efforts and optimize the debt recovery process. Share insights and recommendations to enhance overall effectiveness.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and refine debt recovery strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in debt collection.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully recovering outstanding debts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with debtors and internal stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of financial principles and practices, including credit risk assessment and debt restructuring.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹9,500.20 - ₹34,146.44 per month
