**Job Purpose**:
Drive development and execution of Cipla’s Diagnostic and future device introductions in line with building a patient disease management eco-system from diagnostics to adherence. Role includes collaboration with IPD team for product development, launch planning, leading product marketing and supporting sales.

**Accountabilities**:
**I. Collaboration for product development**
��� Collaborating with IPD for product testing and feedback prior to launch
��� Multiple stakeholder engagement for product success
��� Product market assessment and launch planning

**II. Execution and Launch**
��� Building and executing product marketing plan
��� Sales force collaboration for product success
��� Achieving product milestones post launch

**III. Product Management and Customer development**
��� Manage team training on product
��� Continuous customer engagement and query resolution
��� Product related service management
��� Engaging with customers and end user for product feedback

**IV. Developing Market intelligence and feedback mechanism**
��� Gather category and competition information in present and future products
��� Build loyal Dr base for testing/ l and IPD teams

**V. BreathFree Team engagement**
��� Effectively leverage BF partnership during pre and post launch
��� Engagement and training of BF team on product
��� Gathering feedback and actionable insights from

**Education Qualification**:
Master’s degree in business management

**Relevant Work Experience**:
6-7 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing
