Sales & Marketing Coordinator

**Sales Support**:Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders; coordinate with customers on orders and deliveries; maintain customer records.
- **Lead Generation & Management**:Generate leads through various channels, manage a sales pipeline, and support the sales team with follow-ups and documentation.
- **Marketing Coordination**:Support marketing campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and update website content.
- **Relationship Management**:Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis & Research**:Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support for sales and marketing activities, including event planning, record keeping, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships.
- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Sales & Marketing Knowledge**: Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administration is an advantage.
