- **Job Summary**:_
MK Group is hiring an experienced **Legal & Finance Executive** with a strong background in **Import/Export documentation, Trade Finance, and Indian legal compliance**. The role involves working with Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG/PG), banking operations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance under Indian law.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare and manage documentation for LC, BG, and PG
- Oversee import/export transactions and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs
- Handle bank reconciliations and foreign exchange transactions
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, GST, TDS, and Companies Act
- Assist in drafting/reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and coordinate vendor payments
- **Qualifications & Experience**:_
- Minimum 10-15 years in trade finance, accounting, and legal compliance
- Proficient in **Tally, MS Excel**, and accounting tools
- Strong understanding of Indian tax and legal frameworks
- Preferred Educational Background:

- B. Com + LLB, BBA + LLB, M. Com with legal knowledge, or CA-Inter
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Accounting: 1 year or more
- Tally: 1 year or more
- Legal/compliance knowledge: Added advantage
