
Sales Operations Coordinator

**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reporting**: Consolidate and distribute sales reports, ensuring tasks are repetitive but well-documented. Gather and consolidate data from various sources using existing templates to provide forecasting input.
- **System Administration**: Perform repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal). Periodically review user-entered data on these systems to ensure completeness.
- **Data Analyses (Internal & External)**: Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses of external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig). Perform secondary research on assigned opportunities, compile, and share findings. Gather competitive data from various resources and conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Experience**:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Familiar with APQP and PPAP processes. Basic knowledge of product and invoicing processes, including pricing and quotations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to perform and interpret data analyses. Experience with statistical methods, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.
- **Project Schedule Management**: Competent in managing planned schedules using recommended tools and processes to meet agreed timelines.
- **Customer Perspective**: Ability to integrate customer perspectives into sales content to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- **Collaboration**: Demonstrates a collaborative approach to building partnerships and achieving shared objectives.
