Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and quotas.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact through creative approaches on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging social media content to attract leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies and enhance performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative sales approaches.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
