1. **Product Listing Management**
- **Create, update, and optimize product listings**:

- **Keyword research and SEO**:

- **Monitor product performance**

2. **Sales & Marketing Strategy**
- **Develop and implement sales strategies**:

- **Manage advertising campaigns**:
3. **Customer Service & Engagement**
- **Respond to customer inquiries**:

- **Resolve issues**:

- **Maintain high ratings**

4. **Analytics & Reporting**
- **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Provide insights and reports**: Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer trends to inform decision-making.
- **Adjust strategies based on analytics**: Make data-driven adjustments to improve sales and product listings.

5. **Store Optimization**
- **Improve store design and user experience**:

- **A/B testing**: Experiment with different layouts, product descriptions, and offers to find the most effective configurations.
- **Stay up-to-date with Etsy updates**

6. **Compliance and Policies**
- **Ensure compliance with Etsy policies**: Adhere to Etsy’s rules and regulations regarding product listings, advertising, shipping, and customer service.
