**Requirement of E-commerce Specialist**
Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and E-commerce Platforms Like Indiamart, Etsy and Ebay and work towards driving sales.
Manage and optimize the website, including product listings, content, and user experience.
Create and execute effective e-commerce strategies to increase sales and grow our customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
Listing & uploading of products on website & online marketplaces like sales channels Etsy, Ebay, Indiamart etc. Keyword research and Search engine optimization.
Handling Leads of India Mart on a daily Basis.
Content management: Updating content on marketplaces, website, social media etc.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Identify and qualify sales leads by probing, questioning, and carefully listening to the customer's needs and requirements.
Generate sales by persuading customers to purchase products or services.
Document all call information and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and make regular follow-up calls.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
