**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual students, including those with special educational needs or learning difficulties.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish clear rules and expectations for behavior in the classroom.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment where students can thrive.
- Manage classroom activities, routines, and transitions efficiently.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Regularly assess students' academic progress using tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on students' work and performance.
- Keep detailed records of students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support learning.
- **Support and Development**:

- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, offering additional support when necessary.
- Work with students on developing their social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
- Provide guidance on personal development, including confidence-building, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure effective teaching and learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and initiatives.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about students' progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide clear updates on student performance.
- Offer advice and support to parents on how they can assist their child's learning at home.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Work with other staff to develop and review curriculum content.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes, educational standards, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in curriculum-related training and professional development.
- **Safeguarding and Welfare**:

- Maintain a high level of awareness of safeguarding policies and child protection procedures.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and in line with school procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
