**Job Description: Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher**

**Location**: Velachery, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Graduate in any field, preferably with a degree in Education (B.Ed. or equivalent).
- **Experience**: 1+ year of teaching experience in pre-primary or primary grades.
- **Language Skills**: Strong command over English, with excellent communication skills.
- **Certifications**: Preferably certified in International Teaching (such as International Teachers Training Certification or equivalent).

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Engaging Classroom Environment**:

- Develop and maintain a nurturing, positive, and interactive classroom atmosphere.
- Use age-appropriate instructional methods to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young learners.

2. **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Implement the school's curriculum to meet the cognitive, social, and emotional development needs of students.
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum, incorporating interactive activities, play-based learning, and technology tools.

3. **Student Assessments & Development**:

- Conduct assessments to monitor and document students' progress and development.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on students’ individual needs and learning abilities, ensuring a tailored learning experience.

4. **Parental Communication & Collaboration**:

- Build positive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Provide regular updates on students' progress, and address any concerns or suggestions.

5. **Classroom Management**:

- Create and enforce a structured and respectful classroom environment.
- Guide students in developing positive behaviors and social skills.

6. **Continual Improvement**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest educational techniques and strategies to enhance teaching practices.

7. **School Engagement**:

- Actively participate in school activities, meetings, and events as required.

**Skills**:

- Passionate about teaching young children and helping them develop foundational skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to handle young students with care.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
