**Job Description: Insurance Advisor**

**Location**: Andheri and Powai, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on interview performance) + Incentives
**Joining**: Immediate

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide customized insurance solutions.
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and benefits to clients in a clear and effective manner.
- Assist clients in filling out forms and completing documentation.
- Achieve sales targets through lead generation, client meetings, and product recommendations.
- Provide post-sales support and address customer queries to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Age Criteria**: 18 to 35 years
- **Education**: Minimum qualification as required by the industry
- **Language Skills**: Must have fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Confidence and a customer-focused attitude
