**Job description**:
S2M Health seeking a well-organized and presentable Receptionist cum Admin to manage our front desk and support various administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Manage front desk cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
- Support the HR/admin team in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repair schedules.
- Manage office housekeeping and pantry services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a pleasant.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Desirable Attributes**:
Multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
Punctual and reliable.
Experience in handling administrative support in a corporate setting is a plus.
