**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive English training to students at the Lighthouse.
- Conduct classroom sessions focused on improving students' job readiness and communication skills.
- Administer timely assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students.
- Report training progress regularly to the Master Trainer.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve training content and delivery methodologies.
- Prepare and share training reports as required.
- Collaborate and support team members when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, with 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training (preferably in English).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to handle and engage a class of 25-30 students.
- Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about youth development.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Committed to the empowerment of youth and community transformation.
