**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Weekly Off**: 4 days in a month (rotational)
**Shift Type**: Rotational Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Product/Service Information**: Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and offers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to senior management as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to meet customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications are a plus)
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication in [language(s) depending on location].
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage work during rotational shifts.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
