Production Supervisor

1. **Spring Production Oversight**: Directly supervise the manufacturing process for producing springs, including compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, and other specialized types.

2. **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that springs meet precise specifications and adhere to quality standards, including dimensional accuracy, material properties, and surface finish.

3. **Machine Operation Supervision**: Oversee the operation of spring manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance to achieve consistent production output and minimize downtime.

4. **Material Management**: Coordinate the procurement and inventory management of raw materials, including various types of wire and alloy materials used in spring fabrication, to support uninterrupted production.

5. **Production Planning and Scheduling**: Collaborate with production planning teams to develop production schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize orders based on customer demand and delivery deadlines.

6. **Tooling and Fixture Maintenance**: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of tooling, dies, and fixtures used in spring manufacturing processes, including routine inspection, repair, and replacement as necessary.

7. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for production personnel, including training on safe handling of machinery and PPE usage.

8. **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction in spring manufacturing processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

9. **Employee Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to production staff on spring manufacturing techniques, machine operation, quality standards, and safety procedures to enhance skills and performance.

10. **Quality Control Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production parameters, quality inspections, material usage, and scrap rates to ensure compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements.

11. **Problem Solving**: Address technical challenges, production issues, and quality concerns that arise during spring manufacturing, troubleshooting root causes and implementing corrective actions to maintain production flow.

12. **Communication and Coordination**: Liaise with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to coordinate activities, resolve production-related issues, and ensure smooth workflow integration.

13. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, yield rates, scrap rates, and equipment uptime, generating reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

14. **Customer Interaction**: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality springs that meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Experience : 3+ years of experience in Production of a Manufacturing plant.**

**Education: Engineering Preferred**

**Education: 12th Pass or a Diploma Course (mandatory)**

**Skills: Proficient use of Excel and ability to create charts sheets**

**Language: English (Basic and More - Verbal, Professional
- Written)**

**2nd Language: Hindi or Marathi**

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
