Position: Production Supervisor Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical) Experience: 3-5 years Reporting to: Dy. General Manager-Production Location: Boisar Shift Duty Skills Required: - Having sound knowledge of production department. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Should be working on shift - Should be good team member. - Should have problem solving skills. - Proficient in using computer operation (MS word Excel, PPT) with advance excel commands **Job Description**: - To achieve the daily targets of Production (finish Product) department. - To engage the manpower as per the required skills. - To updated daily production records and quality system. - Knowledge of technical and customer audit. - To maintain the equipments and plant housekeeping. - Co-ordination with maintenance dept. for breakdown activities - Monthly Preparation of MIS report for Management Review Meeting. - To be given proper training to employees (Machine, Product operation etc.) - To ensure safety of employees, machine & product. - To be controlled absenteeism. - To maintain daily records of workers attendance. - Preparation daily production report for stock. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Palghar, Maharashtra (required) Ability to Relocate: - Palghar, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9850000717
