**Key Responsibilities**:

**3. Quality Assurance**:

**4. Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the university’s strategic planning process, particularly in areas related to academic growth, research, and innovation.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university’s reputation and rankings at national and international levels.

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, alumni, and the academic community.
- Represent the university in external forums, conferences, and partnerships, promoting its interests and strategic priorities.

**6. Research and Innovation**:

- Promote and support a vibrant research culture within the university, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.Oversee the development and management of research initiatives, grants, and partnerships.

**7. Student Experience**:

- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality student experience, focusing on academic support, extracurricular activities, and career services.Address student grievances and work to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**8. Policy Development**:

- Lead the development and implementation of university policies related to academic affairs, research, and student services.Ensure policies are regularly reviewed and updated in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in academic leadership, preferably at the level of Dean or higher.
- A strong track record of research and scholarship.
- Proven ability to manage complex organizations and lead change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.A deep commitment to academic excellence and student success.
