**Work From Office Role (Hybrid)** - HSR Layout, Bengaluru

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of clients.
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to understand target audiences and their preferences.
- Plan and manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and SEO specialists, to create high-quality content.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and emerging platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a content strategist role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style for different target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics and SEO tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and how content fits within the broader marketing strategy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas and formats.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.
