**Role description**:
Role Proficiency:
Outcomes:

- Assists in developing prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.
- Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.
- Participate in user research and assist in generating end-user insights
- Assists in the collection of client requirements.
- Assists converting research findings into actionable results.
- Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.
- Makes enhancement recommendations as needed based on end-user insights
- Adheres to standards and processes.
- Collaborates with other members in the pursuit of common missions vision values and mutual goals.

Measures of Outcomes:

- Adherence to project schedule / timelines
- On time completion of mandatory compliance trainings
- Adherence to Processes and Standards
- Completion of all mandatory training requirements

Outputs Expected:
User Research:

- Participate in user studies and research
- Provide inputs in documenting user stories and problem statements

Testing:

- Participate in concept and usability testing

Design:

- Create UX designs under the guidance of senior designers
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on the design by working with other stakeholders

Customer orientation:

- Establish familiarity with customer product branding schemes

Documentation:

- Make required documentation for the project releases

Reporting:

- Status reporting to team lead

Teamwork:

- Document the best practices for the team members
