**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with potential clients, provide product or service information, and identify customer needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- **Presentations and Pitches**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
- **Skills**:

- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and act on market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of customer service or service sector
- Ability to travel as needed
