**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Marketer and be at the forefront of creating and implementing compelling social media strategies. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and engage with our target audience across various social platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
- Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster relationships with influencers, collaborators, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**
