**About the role**:
To provide excellent tailored service that goes beyond guest expectations

**Location**: Alibag (Accomadation Provided)

**Role & responsibilities**:

- **Anticipate guests’ needs**: understand their likes, allergies, dislikes, preferences
- **Communication**: greet and attend to guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism
- **Table Service**: handle all aspects of table service. Ensure refined and a gracious dining experience
- **Villa Management**: oversee and manage day-to-day operations, deep cleaning
- **Staff Management**: assign duties, manage staff roster

**Skills / Qualities**:

- High guest centricity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to get work done
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic English Language proficiency
- Ability to solve problems, with strong customer service skills

**Age range **:25-35 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Alibag, Maharashtra: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
