Hiring Sales Coordinator for a polymer manufacturing company in Mumbai location

**Designation**: Sales Coordinator

**Total Experience**: Up to 4 years

**Relevant Experience**: A minimum of 3 years

**CTC per annum**: Rs. 2,00,000 - 3,00,000

**Job Location**: Mumbai
Will travel? Yes

**Department**: Sales and Business Development

**Direct Reporting To**: GM or NSM

**Education**: BSC Graduate Preferred

**No. of openings**: 1

**Job Purpose**: Handling Day-today activities and ensure smooth functioning of Sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Create a database of new accounts by identifying potential customers.

Arranging appointments/meetings with the clients as per the schedule of sales
team.

Ensuring that sales activities are carried out ethically and in timely manner.

Calling the clients, taking feedbacks and responding to complaints.

Informing customers of unexpected delays in meeting their needs.

Keeping track of the stock and order accordingly.

Coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Dispatch team for the orders and ensuring the orders are processed and delivered on time.

Ensuring the product is packaged properly and review the quality of the samples.

Filing all important documents.

**Requisite Skills**:
Proficiency in computer and Microsoft programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Excellent customer service skills to ensure customers get great experience with the company

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.

Problem solving skills to be able to provide solutions to challenging situations.
