Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements and technical constraints.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile, and web interfaces throughout the design process.
- Create UX solutions for problems with complexity. Work through ambiguity, and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Be a champion for user-centered design by partnering with researchers to test your solutions in front of users; and be willing to build lightweight prototype, conduct scrappy and quick user testing on your own if required.
- Present design work to clients as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Create and rapidly iterate on ideas using storyboards, prototypes, and higher-fidelity designs to effectively communicate visual strategies and experiences
- Articulately present design vision, direction and solutions to senior leadership and clients
- Fluency in moving from understanding and interpreting strategy to developing initial concepts
- Participate in the discovery and planning of new products and features while helping drive the design vision across our product suite
- Work with other UX designers to ensure visual consistency and relentless attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to think differently about the visual status quo on customer experiences

**Requirements**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (experience designers, illustrators, copywriters, product managers and engineering) throughout the planning and development life cycle.
- Has produced creative solutions that align with broader product strategy and reflect a deep understanding of our users.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating user interface design and design systems across multiple product categories, platforms, and domains.
- Expert level with standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Minimum 2+ years of expereince

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
