**Role Overview**

This is a dual-role position with **60% focus on graphic design** and **40% on UI/UX design**. You will be responsible for creating visually impactful marketing materials, social media creatives, and brand assets while also supporting website/UI improvements and digital interface design for our platforms.

**Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (60%)**
- Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, brochures, flyers, corporate decks, and standees.
- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, events, branding, and internal communication.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign visuals and promotions.
- Handle creative requirements for real estate projects including floor plans, signage, and presentations.

**UI/UX Design (40%)**
- Support UI/UX development for APS's digital platforms — website, CRM dashboards, microsites.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interface designs.
- Conduct basic user research and improve the usability of APS’s digital experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and implementation.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic and/or UI/UX design roles.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing both visual design and UI/UX projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
