**Front Desk Management**: Greet visitors warmly, maintain visitor logs, and ensure a professional front-office experience.
- **Inbound & Outbound Calls**: Handle inquiries from prospective students/parents and follow up on leads through phone calls.
- **Counselling Support**: Provide basic course and admission information to walk-in and call-in clients, and route them to counsellors when required.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain proper documentation and tracking of leads and inquiries in CRM or lead registers.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Book and manage appointments for student counselling sessions or administrative meetings.
- **Follow-up Coordination**: Regularly follow up with potential leads to convert them into enrollments.
- **Communication Skills**: Maintain a polite, confident, and persuasive communication style across calls and face-to-face interactions.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Support the academic and admin teams with clerical duties like filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- **Daily Reporting**: Prepare and share daily call reports and visitor logs with the management team.
- **Brand Representation**: Act as the first point of contact and represent the institution’s values and professionalism.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
