**Job Description**:
Realatte Ventures is seeking a motivated and skilled SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases that drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to enhance user experience and improve search engine visibility.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building, social media engagement, and online reputation management to increase domain authority.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that engages our audience and meets SEO best practices.
- **Technical SEO**: Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile optimization, and indexing problems.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, and design to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Agency: 1 year (preferred)
- On Page SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Off Page SEO: 1 year (preferred)
