We are in urgent need for a SEO/SEM Executive for a Digital Marketing Agency

**Job Title**: SEO/SEM (Digital Marketing) Executive

**Job Location**:Andheri, Mumbai

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Job Time**:10.30 am to 7 pm

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday

**Week Off**:Sunday

**Work Mode**: Work from Office

**Salary Budget**:3 LPA - 3.5 LPA

**Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities**:

- Management of the digital marketing campaigns.
- Good command over Google analytics, search, ad campaigns & optimizations.
- You must have expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and be able to develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website traffic and rankings.
- You should be skilled in optimizing website content, including website structure, HTML tags, and meta descriptions, to ensure that search engines can crawl and index the website effectively.
- You must have knowledge of technical SEO, including website speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexability, to ensure that the website is optimized for search engine algorithms.
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytic, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Taking the overall ownership of the allocated accounts in terms of initial research of Keywords and Targeting, Account setup, Ad writing, Campaign setup, Campaign.

**Optimization, Campaign reports and Client and Internal Team Coordination**:

- Punctual and Disciplined towards the Work and Office Etiquette.

**Education Required**:

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
- Google AdWords Certified Years of Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 2 years.

**Knowledge, Skills Abilities and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, and Social Media Platforms.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Excellent writing skills.
