Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for belt conveyors, roller conveyors, and other cargo handling equipment.
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks//SolidEgde, AutoCAD).
- Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refine designs and troubleshoot issues throughout the development process.
- Support prototype development and testing, gathering data to inform design improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical design and material handling.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in belt conveyors, roller conveyors, or MHE.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/ Solid Egde, AutoCAD) and familiarity with simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of conveyor system design principles and industry standards.
- Basic experience with structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
