Reduce the process overheads
Automate various tasks for speedy and error free results
Guide other members of the department in process compliance
Ensure closure of audit findings by all members of IT Infrastructure
Help IT Infrastructure team in resolving compliance related issues
To be a SPOC for all information security incidents
Drive risk closures
Information security compliance knowledge
Experience of handling ISO, CMMI and other audits
Knowledge of ISO 20000 / ITIL processes and experience of implementing them
Process automation
Experience of conducting internal audits
Experience of generating various reports and presenting them from ITSM tool
