**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business & Marketing Associate to join our team This entry-level role is perfect for a fresher who is passionate about kids' toys and products, has a flair for communication, and is excited to grow in a creative, fast-paced industry.

You’ll be involved in supporting our marketing efforts, helping with business development, and learning the ropes of brand strategy — all while working on products that inspire fun, learning, and imagination in children.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for kids' products across online and offline channels.

Conduct basic market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Help manage social media content and engage with our online community of parents and kids.

Support the creation of promotional materials (flyers, newsletters, product descriptions).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design and sales.

Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.

Track campaign performance and help generate simple reports.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends in children’s products, toys, and educational materials.

**Who You Are**:
A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Curious, creative, and always open to learning new things.

Genuinely interested in kids’ toys, games, and educational products.

Comfortable with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Organized, reliable, and proactive in your approach to work.

**Bonus Points If You**:
Have done an internship or project related to kids’ products or consumer marketing.

Enjoy storytelling, visual content creation, or basic graphic design.

Have experience engaging with parents, educators, or children through events or online platforms.
