Hiring dispatch executive with 3 years plus experience. Experience with fmcg companies preferred. Stock management, invoicing, documentation, route planning, coordination with the sales team, and preparation of dispatch reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department**

**Stock Shuffling**: Ensure accurate stock management and organization to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.

**Invoicing Preparation**: Generate and verify invoices for dispatched goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Documentation**: Maintain and update dispatch-related documentation, including records of shipments, invoices, and delivery notes

**Dispatch Route Planning**: Develop and optimize dispatch routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods. Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues that arise

**Coordination with Sales Team & other departments**: Collaborate with the sales team to align dispatch schedules with customer requirements and sales targets. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes

**Report Preparation**: Compile and analyze dispatch data to prepare detailed reports for management review. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents

**Qualifications: B.Com/ Other Graduate**

Proven experience in dispatch operations or logistics.

Proficiency in documentation and invoicing software.

Analytical skills for report preparation and route optimization.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
